There are very few things I don’t find interesting.  I have studied philosophy (I actually got a degree in it), theology, history, chemistry, greek, art, and ceramics. That was just in my undergrad. I have attempted to teach myself computer programming, guitar, painting, and more. I read when I am not listening to podcasts or NPR I am usually reading science fiction or playing with my animals.

I have also have an MBA because I discovered I find parts of the business world interesting.  I read and think about leadership, organizational behavior, marketing, just to name a few.
